What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a holistic system of natural health care that draws on a blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Techniques to assess the whole body. Drawing on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine it evaluates body function through the muscle-meridian relationship and establishes connections between imbalances, prioritises them and then determines the most effective treatment.
What conditions respond well to kinesiology?
Kinesiology will help you achieve and maintain a good level of health and wellbeing. Dis-ease affects the health of all your organs, even though it might be “isolated” to one part. Knowing that dis-ease does not simply drop in, but has been coming for some time, means that restoring health and wellbeing takes time as the body slowly heals each layer to give inner balance and to mend energy layers.
Kinesiology is not just for people who are feeling unwell. It can help you perform better at what you do, and to achieve your full potential whether at work, in sport or in any other areas of your life. You can work with a Kinesiologist as you would a personal coach to identify what factors in your life you want to change, improve, grow and develop.
A few words about me
My belief is that everyone has a “right to be healthy and well. Being in balance on the “inside”, naturally leads to balance on the outside, no matter what life throws at us!” Kinesiology is an important part of what I do, aiding with development, growth and inspiration of others through restoring health and well being and promoting positive self leadership.
